Our Team

Jon Parker, Ben Winkelman and Jim Parker have diverse educational and legal backgrounds. The attorneys in the firm have represented individuals, corporations, partnerships, municipalities, public utility districts, businesses, and non-profit and charitable organizations throughout Western Washington.

Our staff members, Colleen Williamsen, Barbara Sackett and Lisa Huckleberry, complete the team of professional and knowledgable individuals dedicated to your case.

Our firm’s attorneys have a variety of interests and experiences outside of the law office which gives them a useful perspective and understanding of each client's case.

All three attorneys in our firm are members of the Grays Harbor County Bar Association, Washington State Bar Association and are admitted members of the Federal Court. They also are, or have been, participants in Bar Association Committees, legal associations and educational forums.

February 3, 2014

James T. Parker, acted as lead attorney, with Jon Parker as co-counsel, representing a client who suffered fire damage to his mill and timber in Grays Harbor County.  The Superior Court jury trial began on January 22, 2014. On January 29, 2014 the jury returned a verdict in favor of our client for more than $1,200,000.00.

Parker & Winkelman, P.S. is pleased to announce that on January 1, 2014 James T. Parker became a shareholder in the law firm and the firm name was changed to Parker, Winkelman & Parker PS.  Jim graduated from Hoquiam High School in 1998 and received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from University of Notre Dame in 2002. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Willamette University School of Law in 2005. Jim lives in Hoquiam with his wife, Keely, daughter Ruby, and son Ivan.
